Shielded Flat Wire

Currently, most shielded cables on the market using traditional shielded round wires with braided conductors, such as:UL2725, UL2547, UL2464, RVVP, etc.

Such traditional shielded round wires require manual sorting of the braided layer and additional processes like applying heat-shrink tubing for secondary insulation

during actual production, significantly increasing labor and material costs.

To improve production efficiency and reduce costs, JTK Cable has developed absorptive gel-coated shielded flat wires. Their shielding layer can be removed simultaneously

during the stripping process, making them suitable for fully automatic machines capable of rapidly and continuously stripping and inserting into plastic shells, producing 600

finished products/hour.
